DRUM FACTORY PROJECT AREA
Our factory consists of two parts: 1,250 m2 warehouse and 1,750 m2 production area.
In our factory, which will produce 120,000 steel drum monthly, we will also be able to follow our factory and the shipped products with instant data flow from our computers, tablets and mobile phones with a special software.
The most important feature of our Ares steel drum factory is that it will produce fast and fully automatic. Production speed of 4 pieces / minute is a feature found in rare factories in European and Middle Eastern countries.
The total production line length of our factory is approximately 121 meters, and this line includes a feeding unit, welding unit, pressing and robotic painting line.
Our total number of personnel is determined as 11 day and 11 night shifts + administrative personnel. The training of our working class personnel will be provided by a special team in 30 days.
The hall we have allocated as a warehouse will also be the central distribution point for our company, which is the supplier of Turkish Petroleum joint stock company and its subsidiaries and our national drilling ships, with its barrel storage.
The location of our factory and warehouse is 16 km from Duzce, 86 km from Zonguldak, 42 km from Ereğli port and only 7 km from Akçakoca port project, which will start construction shortly.
OUR FIRST GOAL
Our annual export target is a minimum of one million barrels.

JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROJECT
Storage Materıal
One of the reasons why we attach importance to this project is the ease of sale of sheet metal barrels and the fact that they are the most commonly used storage material, especially in the oil and natural gas drilling operations in which our company works.
Logıstıc Advantage
Another important factor is that the most affordable product is only available in the Chinese market, but the logistics cost exceeds the raw price of the product for the countries around us.
Sımple Productıon Lıne
Apart from the two important elements we mentioned above, sheet metal barrels are the simplest products to produce. Barrels consisting of 4 parts in total can be produced with a simple production line.
Profıt Rate
The profit rate is quite high and the fact that it is a recyclable material is another important reason for the establishment of this factory.
SETUP TIME AND TIME MANAGEMENT
Since the day we completed the rental transactions, we have almost completed the building renovation works of our factory and warehouse.
Some of these include office and kitchen areas, worker locker rooms and bathrooms, camera systems, electrical installations, infrastructure repair and maintenance operations.
For the next phase, the import of the MAIN WELDING MACHINE, we completed our negotiations with the manufacturers and reached an agreement with one of the best brands. Our machine will take its place in our factory by 15.04.2024, in line with our planning.
With the placement of our main machine, the side lines and conveyor systems will be connected and the largest and heaviest part of the production line will be completed. As of 15.05.2024, the first production tests and training of our workers will begin. As of 15 – 20.06.2024, with the participation of our President, we will be waiting for the official opening date of our factory and at the same time continuing production.
ARES STEEL BARREL FACTORY, which will carry out its production with the motto “Domestic and National”, is one of the distinguished projects of our country and region.
It will employ approximately 26-30 people, including workers, managers and security personnel.
Our factory, which has to work 24/7, will not only provide income to its workers with its extra overtime and bonus system, but will also become a major source of income for our Akçakoca district.
We will establish our second and third factory with the motto of happy employer and worker as our organization, in which we undertake that none of our workers will receive minimum wage.
EXECUTION METHOD
The executIon method of our project wIll be entIrely through the headquarters.
Our factory’s brand, ARES STEEL DRUM, is a trademark registered by Massa Petrol Makine İç Dış Ticaret A.Ş. Our factory is registered as a branch in Düzce Chamber of Commerce and is mentioned as metal sheet barrel production in the registration documents.
In our factory, where all financial transactions will be carried out by our head office, only production activities, preliminary accounting and stocking operations will take place.
Our factory will continue production with 11 + 11 day and night workers and administrative staff, and a night shift supervisor during the night shift. At least 70% of our produced products will be sold to neighboring countries through export, and the remaining 30% will be delivered to the domestic market. In addition, since each barrel produced will be given a barcode number, these products can be collected and revised in the following 12 – 18 month period and marketed as second-hand products at a more reasonable price.
Only the MAIN WELDING machine to be used in our factory will be imported from abroad, and all other machines and equipment will be produced in our country. Thus, we will achieve the local and national ratio.
